Structure and principle: The left hydraulic cylinder group of bulldozers usually adopts a double acting single piston rod hydraulic cylinder, such as the common hydraulic cylinder used in HSG engineering. It is composed of components such as cylinder barrel, piston, piston rod, etc. The cylinder barrel is the main pressure bearing component, and its inner surface is precision machined to ensure sealing and wear resistance. The piston is installed on the piston rod, dividing the interior of the cylinder into a rod chamber and a rodless chamber. During operation, the high-pressure oil output by the hydraulic pump enters the rod chamber or rodless chamber of the hydraulic cylinder, pushing the piston to drive the piston rod to make linear motion, thereby converting hydraulic energy into mechanical energy and achieving corresponding actions.

Lifting: Control the height of the shovel (such as excavation or transportation position).
Tilting: Adjust the stroke of the left cylinder separately to form a tilt angle for the shovel (suitable for slope finishing or drainage operations).
Float mode: The hydraulic cylinder is depressurized, and the shovel can freely float with the terrain (used for ground leveling).
Control the lifting and cutting angle of the soil loosening gear rod, suitable for crushing hard soil or rocks.
